August 2, 2007: American Heart Association (AHA) Health Provider CPR and Basic First Aid Classes will be held at WRCVFD Station #1 on Saturday, August 11, 2007 from 9 AM to about 3 PM. Classes will be taught by Lt. Paul Jones, who states that the aim is to get everyone out by 3 PM.

These classes are required before the First Responder Class and are needed by some for other certifications such as EMT or EMT-IV.

Please e-mail Lt. Paul Jones as soon as possible if you are able to attend this training. At least 10 people need to sign up in order for the classes to be given.

Note that this training is for members of WRCVFD; others will be admitted on a space-available basis. For more information see our 2007 Training Schedule.
