    • Hands of Mercy - Food and other assistance for all areas of Roane County; phone (865) 717 9885. Monday 2-5 PM, Tuesday-Friday 10 AM - 1 PM. Besides food, they act as a referral service and also have a domestic violence advocate.
    • Safe Haven - Crisis and Recovery Center for Sexual Assault. If you're a victim of sexual violence and need help, call Safe Haven Center at 865-522-7273, a 24-hour Crisis Hotline. For both male and female victims.
    • Child and Family Tennessee - Nonprofit organizations that helps victims of domestic abuse. Their 24-hour domestic violence hotline is (865) 637-8000. For Roane County cases, Child and Family Tennessee’s Domestic Violence Advocate is Karen Lambeth, who may be reached at (865) 256-2451.
    • Order of Protection Information - The Order of Protection is a formal order that will be served on the person that is accused of the abuse and will prohibit that person from contacting or coming around the victim who requested the order. Information is available at the Roane County General Sessions Court Clerk's office, 376-5584.
