TARS Vehicle Extrication CertificationSept. 14-169/14: 6-10 PM;
9/15-16: 8 AM - 2 PM;

Tennessee Association of Rescue Squads (TARS) Rescue/Vehicle Extrication Certification training course at WRCVFD Station #1.
Instructor: Brian Grief of the Roane County Rescue Squad and TARS.
Any firefighters planning to do vehicle rescue with WRCVFD must have this course or already have current certification through TARS.
Please make plans to attend. We need at least 10 persons. Sign up with Chief Charlie Redwine as soon as possible. Course is specifically for WRCVFD firefighters but other applicants may be accepted depending on availability.
Cost: $10.00 per person.

Emergency Vehicle Operator's Course / Blood-Borne Pathogens / Vanessa K. Free Training by Roane County Rescue Squad (RCRS). The fee is $10.00 per person made out to RCRS. EVOC is good for 2 years. VKF is good for 1 year and it is the law that everyone must have this training to operate an Emergency Vehicle. Call Brian at 865-607-3957 with any questions.

First Responder classes are given once per year.
